Vaccinations

Dogs must be up to date on their 

vaccinations to be allowed in 

this parlour. Proof must be send 

prior to scheduling an appointment

 

Aggressive dogs

Will NOT be allowed 

in this parlour. If the owner stats

aggressive behaviour upon 

drop off the groom will be cancelled 

and full amount of groom will be 

required. If a dog shows aggression

during a groom, the groomer is in

full right to end the groom and 

charge full amount. The dog will

not be allowed back. Showing 

Aggression can be but not limited to

growling, biting, baring teeth, 

stiff posture, snappy etc. 

The Groomer is also allowed to use 

a muzzle if there are any signs of

aggression. 

(Please remember a bite can take 

one to two weeks to heal if there is 

no infection. During which time 

we are not able to groom any dogs)

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made  

48 Hr before. If a groom is cancelled

within the 48HR period before the 

groom then the client will need to 

pay half of the grooming fee. 

 

 

Pick Up & Drop Off

Drop off are allowed a 20 Min Grace

period. If there is a noshow Client 

will be charged the groom fee.

Pick ups have a 30-40 min Grace 

period. If client arrives After grace 

period they will be charged R50 for

the first hour and there after will

be charged R100 per hour the dog

remains at the parlour outside of

their grooming time.

Any dogs left on the property for 

more then 12 Hours will be taken 

to the Benoni SPCA

 

Matted Coats

If dog arrives with a matted 

coat, the coat will be evaluated and

determined if it is viable to brush 

out or shave. Client will be notified 

and advised of the correct means 

to fix the coat and charged the 

matting fee.

If Client does not book 

regular grooms and the dog is matted

on multiple occations the matting fee 

will also be added to a fee to have 

the blades resharpened. Pelted coats

cause blunt blades that over heat 

and can no longer cut.

 

Payment

Payment must be made in full on the day 

of the groom. If payment is late there will 

be a fee of R50 if not paid in full at the end 

24 hours after the groom.
